Isuzu Dmax Door Pillar Rattle

Hello All,

I wonder if any of you can please help me with a rather annoying problem with my 2010 Super platinum Dmax. Whenever I am accelerating at About 2000 Revs or driving at about 105 KMH I get a very annoying rattle from the pillar between the drivers door and rear passenger door, in the area of the drivers seatbelt.

I have removed the plastic cover on the pillar and tried to pad the seatbelt slider as I thought that might be the problem, however I still seem to get the rattle.

Please, please, please any help is greatly appreciated.
