Korat Flooding

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am driving to Korat on Friday and staying near the airport for the evening en route to Ubon. What I'd like to know is Korat City still disrupted by floods? Will I have problems getting in and out of the city?

Any local info much appreciated

Cheers

in addition to what Richie1971 is asking:

how is the situation in Phimai ? will the PHIMAI FESTIVAL, scheduled for mid-November, take place as planned ? or will most of it be cancelled due to the flooding or the fact that there is no reason to celebrate at this moment ?

All main highways are open in Korat and the water is gone in all but a couple neighborhoods. Not sure about Pimai
