New Articles Page

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I had a couple of emails from members recently who basically said the articles section on the site sucked. Although the list is short at the moment, the complaints were that this index was not easy on the eye, and also, a number articles that were previously available from the home page, were not on the list at all.

Well, I’ve just designed a new ‘Articles’ home page and there are now organized links to all the pieces we have so far relating to homes, home living, and living experiences in Thailand.

Roomfinder aims to be the number 1 resource for the expat home hunters in this country period. This means there should be no issues relating to this that are not covered by the site whether it is in the form of, information files, written articles or useful links.

BTW, if anyone is interested in writing for Roomie, please contact us or post here on the forum with your ideas. A couple of pieces I think would be popular are:

1. Living in Thailand through the eyes of a single woman. (safe places to live and socialise, making friends, finding love etc)

2. Bangkok on a budget. (Just how cheap can a foreigner live in Thailand if he/she really wants to save, or perhaps they’ve found themselves down on their luck and cut backs became inevitable)?

That’s all for now.

Thanks for reading
