I've been practising down the driving range for a while and would like to have a go on a course.

Are there any basic, beginners courses in or around Bangkok I can have a go on?

There is a nine hole near the Bangkok Golf Club, on the drive in off Tiwanon Road. Very nice par 3 but you have to take a caddy for the few clubs which you might want. I am not sure whether it is for beginners, par 3s being the less forgiving of holes but you wont feel overwhelmed by it and it will give you confidence to try other courses.
