PATTAYA: -- Following a number of complaints made by local fishermen and boat owners about an encroaching restaurant, the mayor of Na-Jomtien district was compelled to make a formal visit to address the issue. Khun Sompong, the mayor of Na-Jomtien, went to a popular local restaurant situated next to Baan Amphur beach, south of Pattaya, on Monday morning to talk to the operators about a number of complaints his office had received from fishermen and boat owners.
