The last time was there every other shop was an estate agent or developer. I doubt you will have trouble finding one though there are a lot of very ( cough cough ) disreputable ones in the media at the moment if you take a look around the internet

thanks, that why I am relying on a bit of local recomendation, as a flashy office doesnt always mean everything is kosher.

If its an upmarket development try Engel & Volkers...they target HK, Singapore as well as the domestic market....plus they are above board.

Engel & Volkers are the only company that I would consider in Hua Hin;the others are either fly-by-night wideboy companies or enthusiastic amateurs
