Missing Number Plate

Just lost my front number plate ,got a letter from police stating the fact ,

What other paperwork do i need to get a new plate .

I'm told i'll have to go to the licencing centre near regents school ,pattaya ,

bring reg book, reg owner with id/passport, and police report to DLT,

a few hundred baht to get the same plate number made new and pick up some days later

or new reg number at 635 baht registered front page and page 4 and page 18, and 2 new plates same day.

the latter makes sure no one is riding around with your valid plate number
