My g.f has ben invited to come and stay with my parents in Scotland with me in October.

She is paying for the trip herself.

Currently she has the following documents

Passport

Tabian Baan

ID Card

Bank book showing money - approx 500,000 baht or there abouts - all earned by her over the last ten years or so. Plus other bank books showing another 100k

Papers for her town house

Papers for her apartment

Papers for her car

Papers for her Karaoke resteraunt in Issan (only copies as the originals must stay at the resteraunt)

Letter from my mother and father inviting her and explaining their health reasosn for not coming to thailand over with photos of the house

Letter from me explaining why she is to travel with me (parents health).

Can she use the drop box? Does she have to put her originals in the drop box - i am getting chewed up about this just now.

Or will she need to wait in the que (spelling) like everybody else.

I am not paying for any of this trip for her so do you think I need to show my financial records.

I live in Thailand with a WP and visa now - should i supply copies of them?

We are planning on going on Thurdsay as I have a quiet day there so starting to get rushed a bit.

From what you have said, I don't think your g/f qualifies to use the drop box, but you can check for yourself here. Has she had a visa before? In which case she may qualify under the first criterium

You have travelled to the United Kingdom or North America within the last 2 years in the same category as you are now applying (for example as a visitor), and have evidence of this travel

Yes, you should supply your WP, visa etc as it strengthens her reason to return. Your bank details? Not strictly necessary as you are not paying for the trip, but personally I would take them just in case they ask to see them.

All supporting documents should be originals or certified copies.
