Turkish man arrested following assault and theft of Russian Tourist in North Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- A Turkish Man accused of an assault and robbery involving a female Russian Tourist was arrested by Police on Sunday Afternoon. The incident occurred in Soi 12 off the Naklua Road and was the second time the suspect had stolen from the same Russian Tourist. Mrs. Asya Shapkina aged 37 had reported an earlier assault and robbery which involved the Turkish suspect who committed the same crime on Sunday
