I have already looked at the classifieds and searched for recent posts but was unsuccessful. I am moving to Chiang Rai from Khon Kaen. I would like to find a furnished apartment or condo in the 10,000 baht range or less. Prefer a quiet neighborhood yet with good access to City Centre. If anybody can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I do not know if there are any openings but a new apartment bulding opened 6-9? months ago at San Kongluang on Soi 6. The niceest apartments I have seen in CR. They have 2 and 3 bedroom which is quite unusual. Chinese owner?

Nice quality short term holiday condo advertised on trip advisor website. Also type in 'webstarts Chiang Rai' into Google to find list of long & short term apartments.

It is a semi detached 3 bedroomed house fully furnished with internet, cable TV, etc,etc.

It is not far from Big C and Central Shopping Centre.

If you were a family of dwarves - this place would be okey. This is more appropriate for single or married couples without children. This is popular among businessmen who are in town frequently and don't want to be bothered with having to check-in each time they are here.
