PATTAYA: -- A 30 year old tourist from The Philippines was accused of stealing a pink sports bra from a Sport Shop inside the Central Festival Pattaya Beach on Tuesday Night. Miss Diana Lyn Lopez was apprehended by staff working at the VRC Supersport Store on the 2nd Floor and was taken to the nearby Pattaya Police Station by Police Officers

Guess not only the state of the school is going down hill seem like the teachers are following

"...Bizarre scenes where staff attempted to snatch the stolen item from the suspect in the Police Car Park occurred. At one point a male staff member of the shop had his hand underneath the suspects dress, attempting to take back the stolen item, as Police watched on making no attempt to control the situation."

Jeez, crime is crime, but the accused was pretty much in police custody and they let this go on? It would be funny if the woman charges the guy with assault and the cops for not doing their duty.
