15 year old boy’s lucky escape after falling down 30 meter well in Sattahip

SATTAHIP: -- A 15 year old fell down a 30 meter well on Sunday Night and was rescued thanks to a rescue diver. Khun Gitipong was apparently sitting on a cement cover over the well located at the side of his family home and was smoking a cigarette when the cover gave-way and he fell into the well.

A 15 year old was smoking a cigarrete when the cover gave way.........................strange I don't see any mention about the whisky he was drinking.
