We have just been let down on an apartment we had booked for the new year. From 28th Dec for 10 days.

Does anyone know of any available which we could rent either in Hua Hin or South of Hua Hin.

I'm the owner of an apartment in Cha-am beach, not the public part but rather a quiet and private one, next door to the Regent Cha-am, or about 18 km north of Hua Hin.

I have just renovated my room to a brand new boutique look and opened it for rent just March this year.

My room is only studio for 2-3 persons, but with a superb oceanview with a jucuzzi equipped on the large balcony ! Though the place is small (like a studio suite of a hotel room, it has all facilities needed. The building has swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, 24 hr security, and the the public taxi to Hua Hin is just in front of the property.

I continue receiving some enquiries for monthly rent for the season but no one book it yet during New Year.

My weekly rate is 300 USD and monthly rate is 1000 USD, a little nego if stay longer.
