PATTAYA: -- A former Village Chief was the victim of a necklace snatch on Tuesday Night. Khun Saneur aged 68, the former Chief of Takiendier Village and the owner of a Kindergarten in the Lompok area in Banglamung reported the theft at Banglamung Police Station.
