There is a lesson here . Pay your bills at the bay . Disscuss it if you consider it unfair and reach a settlement before you walk out the door. This is not the first smart-arse who thought he shouldn't pay his bills and it will not be the last. This is one of the first rules anybody visiting Pattay should know. I have seen it happen in Pattaya before - the motorcyle boys dishing out a bit of street /bar justice because somebody has'nt paid the bar bill. .It ain't nice and it is a brutal lesson ,and extreme , and i don't condone it but he should have known better.
