As a follow up to a recent poll that was closed due to having no reference to Chiang Mai, I am very interested to find out if toilet users in Chiang Mai are being adequately catered for.

I am interested, as I'm sure all other readers of this forum are also, in the supply of toilets more in public places, ie. restaurants, parks, theatres, shopping malls, etc., etc. rather than in private homes.

We need to get to the bottom these things.

Bored shitless me old mate?

Just what the moderators want another topic having a dig at them.

But only VERY indirectly.

I took the plunge, and encourage everyone else to do so too. Some information is too important not to share.

garyh, how dare you suggest that I would have a dig at any moderator. I have the utmost respect for every last one of them.

Gawd, tiz a good thing im no longer one then, for now blinky can disrespect me. Hes much more fun that way. :D

What is next, Do you wash or wipe?

If anyone is concerned at the public convenience situation in Chiang Mai, I can both happily and highly recommend the excellent facilities available at most Wats, in particular those at Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang. These two named places are so impressive, I feel compelled to leave 20B in the box on the way out after a number 2, just the 5B for a number 1.

"We need to get to the bottom these things".

Blinky, many are gobsmacked and amazed to see your new fascination with bottoms, wiping bottoms, toilet procedures and bum squirters....must be an Aussie thing.
