Except for Minor Cheese (they make only mozzarella) and import cheddar and parmesan from Australia. In Hua Hin the Italians make 24 hour mozzarella for pizza. Carolina brand in Korat makes several types of cheese for retail but the quality is limited and so is the supply. My cheese products come from Australia, Europe and Thailand. We make our own feta cheese, cream cheese, natural yougart and buttermilk. Our European Gouda remains 695 per kg. We will have a new supply in on Mar. 20 as the stock in Bangkok is out.
