Auto Parts In Chiang Mai For A Vw

Received an e-mail from my brother in the US. He's trying to save lots of money on a part and is asking me if I can get it here. Anyone know if I could get the part he mentions below in Chiang Mai?

2005 Jetta wagon TDI 1.9 liter BEW engine (Borg Warner turbo KP39) I need the actuater. I can only buy the turbo at $1000.00 to get the actuator which is a 50 dollar part. it's the part with the black electrical connection. Kinda looks like a can.

You should see if the model is actually available here first. If it's not then you're SOL. I doubt that any shop here would have it, if it's not available here.
