try cleaning up your hard drive, clear cache etc and run a virus check.

I believe that could be an internet problem, not a computer problem.

I often have that problem with ThaiVisa, and my laptop works fine with most other sites and applications.

get a Norton 360 and do a thorough system clean up ! many possibilities - from virus, too much cookies, internet temp files, harddisk fragmentation, internet connectivity . . .

you could get a full functions 30 days trial version before you buy one ! not expensive through !

Download, install, update and run a Full Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware

Post the log produced here if it is not too revealing.

CCleaner is another useful tool. Be careful not to install the Toolbar offered whilst installing.
