A friend of mine is trying to find a cheap and reliable way of sending his laptop PC back the UK to have it fixed whilst it is still under warranty... can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable priced company that offers insurance...

DHL it will be safe and can have it insured but will have to pay customs duty

If his Laptop is from a big name like IBM, Dell, Toshiba etc, he should be able to get it fixed here. They all have worldwide warranties these days
