Hi,

Does any one knows anyplace where you can rent storage

to store some of your clothing, books,..(not valueable things)

on monthly charges?

I think i saw it somewhere around sukhumvit, but don't remember

now, Do you know of such places and what they charge like?

On one occasion years ago I was leaving Thailand and knew my approximate return date in advance so I went to a guest house that I frequent alot when in Bangkok and negotiated a deal for storage of my things for several months. They have a paid storage area that is used mostly by tourists for a few days/weeks at a time but its a bit steep for long term but they were glad to give me a better price for several months. I don't know how many guest houses offer this service or even if the one I used would still do this but you could check out a few....I don't think I'm allowed to give the name here...against forum rules I think.

Was really impressed with their set-up and layout. Very well done in all respects. The goods I shipped to myself never materialised, however, so I have never actually engaged their services.

They are right next door to the Boss Tower Svc. Apts. on Rama IV- very easy to access from Sukhimvit. Head down soi 24 to Rama IV turn left and it's just up ahead.

waoo, thanks for the link. I'll sure check them out. Hope they aren't

expensive, they seems to be operating in large scale.
