Hi everyone, I finally tied the knot last Friday to my now Thai wife :o .

We married in the UK, and I need some advice filling in the FLR(M) Form.

What papers do I need to send with the form? Do they need the same documents I presented at the British Embassy in Bangkok when we applied for her Fiancé Visa i.e. Bank statements, proof of income, Rental Agreement etc.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi Gibbo,

In theory, they just need to see your marriage certificate to show that you're now married, but I would submit up to date versions of the documents you provided to get the fiancée visa. Also, don't forget your marriage certificate and evidence that you and your wife live together, e.g. letters addressed to her at your address, NHS card, wedding photos etc.

Scouse.
