Would anyone happen to know whether it might be better for me,my nephew & 2 friends to go to Penang or somewhere else in Malaysia,to get a Non Immigrant B muti-entry Visa.as I have heard from friends that they are becoming a lot more strict on issuing them in Penang.Maybe K.L.or even Singapore?We have to leave on or before the 16th October.At the moment it seems that doing a border run every month (although a pain in the bum)is the cheapest way to go & apart from the 9 hour journey & loss of a whole day-far less hassel.Cheers,Charlevi.

You won't get a multiple entry Non-imm B at ANY of those places without a WP (and even then some of them might not). Penang is a nightmare now just for a single entry.

Your best bet is a triple tourist Visa from Penang, or if you have Thai dependants a multiple Non-imm O from Penang.
