I want select from that list only those ISP that hire foreigners. My kind of support for Expats in Thailand.

I am fairly sure none of the big ones hire foreigners (but would be pleased to be corrected on that if anyone knows).

You don't say where in Thailand you are, but there is a network company called Internet East in Si-Racha, Chonburi, that is farang owned. They provide leased lines among others, but I'm sure they in turn get them from one of the Thai companies.

It's been a few years since I was in touch with them so I don't know if they're still around. You could give them a call, their coordinates is in the link above.

Non if the major ISP's have foreign people working for them officially...

Maybe try to list where you are at in Thailand and also is it only domestic bandwidth and what are the usage behaviour.

I am doing some work with some telco's here so would be able to help but more information is required.

You pick an ISP here in Thailand based upon whether or not they service the area in which you want service
