Chiang Mai Golf Festival

Featured Replies

The "Chiang Mai Golf Festival 2011" will be held through May –June this year at selected golf courses in and around Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Lamphun provinces.

The event is being supported by Chiang Mai Provincial Authority, Chiang Mai Tourism Business Association, TAT, and the Thai Golf Course Association, and will provide a challenge to help stimulate or boost sport and tourism during the low season.

A price of only 800 baht per person will be offered for every golf course involved in the promotion and a golf competition will be held on every Saturday and Sunday, starting from May 1 and will run until Saturday, July 2. It will take place at twelve of the selected golf courses in the area.

A cost of 1,000 baht will be levied on Saturday & Sunday competition days to include green fee, free give away, lucky draw entry and dinner (caddy fee not included). Meanwhile all fourteen of the participating golf courses, which are listed below, are offering the cut price green fee rate of 800 baht on a daily basis for the duration of the event until June 30 (Note - not available at those courses when organized events are taking place).
