I-SAN DEVELOPMENT

Prime Minister THAKSIN SHINAWATTRA(ทักษิน ชินวัตร) has accepted a proposal from the private sector to build a double railway track, passing through KHONKAEN(ขอนแก่น), KALASIN(กาฬสินธุ์), and MOOKDAHARN(มุกดาหาร). The premier has expressed belief that this will boost business activity and tourism in the provinces.

PM. THAKSIN(ทักษิน) has already instructed related officials to study the proposed double railway track for any possible liabilities before ordering the execution.

Government spokesperson, SURAPONG SUEBWONGLEE(สุรพงษ์ สืบวงศ์ลี), has revealed that the premier held discussions with the private sector from SAKONNAKORN(สกลนคร), NAKHONPANHOM(นครพนม),MOOKDAHARN(มุกดาหาร),and KALASIN(กาฬสินธุ์) in KONKAEN(ขอนแก่น) regarding 4 other proposed schemes, which consists of constructing a 4 lane road connecting the four provinces, business capacity building, establishing an SME center for small and medium business owners and promoting tourism in the four provinces.

The discussions have also focused on improving the educational curriculum for foreign students from nearby countries.
