I am having absolutely no trouble with IP Star now..........................I threw it off the roof. Even when I tried to phone them to tell them to come and pick up their pieces all I got was " Due to problems at the hub, IP Star customers will not be able to connect today"

It is the Sh1ttiest, most terrible, badly serviced company I have ever used in my entire life. They are fukcing hopeless. No apologies for three months of not being able to connect. 100 baht reduction of the 5,000 monthly bill, to cover my 1,500 bahts worth of phone calls. Anyone that buys IP Star now seriously needs their head examined. :o

Note there are several conditions attached to this offer:

- offer valid until 1 November

- must sign up for min. 12 months or face cancellation fee of 3,000 baht

- installation charge min. 3,000 baht

- probably equipment charge/deposit

- probably restrictions on bandwidth, something like 750 mb/m seems likely

I agree. Not as good as it sounded at first, but may be worth while if you are out of range

of any other ADSL service.

No equipment charge of deposit

No restriction on Bandwith

A very good deal when living in the suburbs of Thailand even at 2,500 Baht

You may want to call them, they may have extended the offer!
