Terrible Tesco Kamtieng

Last evening I could hardly believe it!

The meat section was it's usual disappointing self (what have these people got against beef?) and by 7.50pm the food court was closing down.

Some stallholders said they had run out of food!

While the wife dashed into the supermarket to scrounge some chicken, I was served a warm beer by the charming girls, just as the bar was closing. Yes, she must have taken it from the front of the fridge that had just been re-stocked. Brilliant!

OK, times are hard and maybe everyone eats earlier and there is no 'commercial' demand. But we won't be going back to find out.
