Changeing Browser

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm new to computers and am trying to change my browser.

Internet explorer keeps interrupting me when a new tab is ready.

I have installed Google Chrome but it keeps crashing and I can't figure out

how to add bookmarks to it.

the crashing is not so bad because when you open it again it restores old tabs.

but I would love to know how to add to it.

I have also downloaded opera browser.

any advice, which is best.how can I prevent crashing

or how to I add things on to Chrome,

Thanks in advance

I had same probs as you, installed Firefox 4 and everything cool. :D

In Chrome you click on the star outline at the right end of URL address field.

Chiangrai,

I just switched to Firefox recently and am extremely impressed with its usability. I have used other browsers, such as IE, Chrome, Safari etc, but am sold now as a Firefox user.

You can download it from the following website.

thanks for all replys

i ran another topic on this forum called 'SIMPLE QUESTION" about how IE was annoying me.

I think i can figure out how to add bookmarks, thanks,

If Chrome keeps crashing I will change to firefox.

You had problems with IE, and now Chrome. I doubt that switching to Firefox (or any other browser for that matter) will do you any good. When a program crashes constantly, it's usually due to the following:

- Malware or virus infection

- Bad or faulty memory (RAM)

- Problems with Windows registry and/or user profile corruption
