May 24, 201114 yr Just went again to swim and make sure. It seems there is a clear centepede like creature who likes to take a swim in the moo bann swimming pool!! He is quite long in body and has two longer legs at the back - any ideas if friend or foe??
May 24, 201114 yr http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centipede According to Mr. Wikipedia, Centipedes that live underground or in caves often lack pigmentation. If it is a large Centipede then it is not something you want to be swimming with.

Seems likely you could go into shock from the pain and then drown though. Assuming it really is a centipede of course. I've hated them ever since a very small one bit me once...

May 31, 201114 yr Well there ARE some critters that live naturally in pools... And they won't hurt you if you don't hurt them. They are called hellgramites.
