Is anyone able to fax using a vonage line to the States? My vonage voice line works fine. I can plug in the phone and talk on the fax line as well. I've been on repeatedly with Vonage customer service and they can't tweak the line to make it work. Is it possible that it's a True problem? Any ideas?

Dax, can you send and receive faxes with Winfax? Never used it.

I've had no luck with my machine, many "escalations" later with Vonage. That being said, their Customer Service, even though they haven't fixed me up yet, have been seriously diligent and polite.

Apologize for late reply. The answer is definitely YES. Make sure you enter *67 and then destination phone number.
