YENSABAI

Over the last few years, I have visited Thailand from the far North to the far South and, during this time, I both examined the Thai real estate system and visited many properties. Finally, at the beginning of this year, I decided to purchase a condominium in Yensabai, in the locality of South Pattaya, Chonburi.

Yensabai Condotel is within walking distance of everything: beach, shops, restaurants and transport. My condominium is on the fourth floor of a twelve story building and overlooks the pool and a nice garden. There are no busy roads close to Yensabai and it is amazingly quiet for the city.

Yensabai was built about twenty years ago; it has 24 hour security, a reception centre and video surveillance throughout the building. For many years, it has been managed by Mrs Ann Thanyasiri whom I have found to be a superb and highly professional manager. She maintains Yensabai Condotel in very good condition and, in March this year, Yensabai's three lifts and reception area were refurbished. Every owner should realise how lucky we are to have her as manager. Our investment is in very good hands. When I purchased my condominium in February 2011, I decided to fully refurbish. Yensabai management was most helpful: in particular, Mrs Thanyasiri's son Jayson was of great practical help in setting up all my Internet and TV requirements. Before finalising my purchase, I inspected Yensabai thoroughly and found absolutely no defect or crack inside or outside the building. Many newer buildings that I inspected were full of defects and cracks. Both Insurance companies I contacted about insuring my condominium told me that Yensabai was one of the best built properties in South Pattaya. I would advise anyone contemplating the purchase of a condominium in South Pattaya to give serious consideration to Yensabai Condotel.
