The Food and Beverage show 2005 is set for this weekend with a Thailand Flair Bartending contest with the winner to take part in a world event

This year’s Food and Beverage exhibition 2005 will be organized during October 14th to 17th at Royal Phuket city hotel in Phuket. Organized by the Thai Hotel Association and Food & Beverage Manager’s club, Andaman, the event aims to enhance skills of personnel in the hospitality and service industry as well as spice up the tourism atmosphere on the island. According to the President of Food and Beverage Manager Club, Andaman, Theerawit Yingdamnoon, this year’s event is a national one with 3 contestants from each region. Winners will take part in the ASEAN forum and international arena in Las Vegas of the United States of America. He also explained that the club is preparing to introduce Phuket’s own cocktails to boost the island’s identity. They are to be named Phuket Sunset and Phuket Sunrise expected to be introduced early next year.
