What Political shade does number #16 have ? Wouldn't want to jump to any conclusions and I certainly cant recall seeing it

With the Thai's going to the polls to vote soon I think what you spotted was the number 16

candidates pre-vote muster .If you look at all the posters of the Thai candidates , they all have

numbers and No16 is the current boss of Chiang rai who obviously wants to be re-elected. I expect to see

many such rallies in the next week or so .
