Is there anywhere I can rent a motorbike there?

Not sure if I'd call Phayao a city, but I haven't ever seen anywhere you can rent any type of bike to be honest...!?

That doesn't mean there isn't anywhere, but I don't think there is. Phayao just doesn't get the volume of 'bike renting' tourists to warrant it...

I'll ask around tomorrow for you and will post back, but I don't think you will be lucky at the moment.

Well - I asked at a couple of bike shops, but I think they thought I was mad...!?

My wife asked friends too, but they don't know of any rental places here either. I think you may be out of luck I'm afraid (unless you can talk a local into borrowing their bike?).
