Can'T Access Templatemonster And Their Affiliate Site

Is anybody else having problems reaching templatemonster.com and their affiliate site mytemplatestorage.com

This has been going on for a week now and the sites are up and running when I use a proxy to access them, just don't

want to access an affiliate account through a proxy.

The sites does not show the typical blocked by (thailand internet something) message

no problem in accessing both sites without a proxy
