Starting Monday July 18 we will close on Monday but will be open each Sunday. Normal operating hours will be 09:00 to 21:00 Tuesday through Sunday. The buffet at the Little Longhorn Saloon continues as before each Sunday and the cafe menu will be open until 21:00.

Sure you need to open at 9:00 am ?

If your serving breakfast, maybe so, if not maybe later, wsay about 11:00 am.

We have to start the day and get things moving in the morning. The staff can alternate on a 2 hour break in the afternoon. We have a great breakfast and I plan to do some specials for breakfast like we did in Phuket which brought in a reasonable amount of people. There we had 12 international breakfast and held the prie at 75 Baht until 10:00 in the morning.

Are you still doing the Saturday evening barbecue on the first Saturday of the month, or did that give way to the Sunday buffet?

We do the first Saturday Steak Barbecue and also continue to do the Sunday buffet every Sunday along with our regular menu. We are open 09:00 to 21:00 Tuesday thru Sunday and closed on Monday.
