Anyone had experience with a double entry tourist visa, and what if any requirements may be involved to obtain one?

I'm told that after you obtain one you simply have to go across the border at the end of ninety days and have your passprt stamped instead of the long lines and day wait in Vientiene, so essentially you get six months, without a stay over in Laos.

Got mine from the (former) Thai embassy in Phnom Penh. Just filled out an application and received the double entry visa the same day. Even got it for free.

The visa gives you 60 days per entry. Can be extended at Immigration in Thailand.
