On 27 October, Air Chief Marshal Kongsak Wantana together with his crew visit Hua Hin after the flood. He and his team were welcomed by Khun Siwa Sirisaowalak, Prachuab Khirikhan Vice Governor. After landed at Hua Hin airport, Air Chief Marshal Kongsak preceded to Khao Takiab where flood victims from 7 districts in Prachuab awaiting to receive help from him.

Rain poured down dogs and cats on Sunday morning through to the end of Monday (23-24 Oct. 05), resulting flood all over low areas in Hua Hin and other districts around. In Khao Takiab, people walked in water which was rising up to their waist. People from Pranburi could not get into Hua Hin due to high level water before the flyover. The police had to make them turn back. In Nong Khon, citizens around Wat Nikro couldn't get to work due to high level water at the entrance of Nong Plub-Wat Nikro Road.

People in Hua Hin feared they would have to face big floods again like those in 2003 and 1999.
