i need some cell phone instructions in thai:

please write in thai and transliterate (for me) if possible:

call divert (divert is not in my dict)

and

the cell phone may have been programmed to call divert to the voice mail box and so the call divert must be unactivated and/or redirected

-- i think the person's cell phone (second hand) has been put on call divert to their voice mail box and i cant explain (thru one thai person to an other via phone call) and the cell phone in question is using hebrew and he doesnt know how to change it to english either and its a different phone then i have so cant help out....)

if anyone can sort of quickly write something up it would help; the guy is stuck in some out of the way place five hours from me and getting little help from his employer (hebrew speaker) and no way for anyone to reach him -- he can call out only.....

โทรศัพท์มือถือถูกตั้งโปรแกรมให้โอนสายสนทนาสู่กล่องรับข้อความ  และบริการโอนสายสนทนาไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในขณะนี้

call divert = โอนสายที่เรียกเข้า ไปยังเลขหมายโทรศัพท์อื่น เพื่อไม่พลาดการติดต่อในกรณีที่แบตเตอรี่มือถือหมดกลางคัน หรือ ในกรณีที่คุณไม่สามารถรับสายได้

Voice Mail =บริการรับฝากข้อความ

ในขณะที่คุณปิดเครื่องโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรือไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะติดต่อกับคุณสามารถฝากข้อความเสียงไว้ และเมื่อคุณเปิดเครื่องจะมีเสียงสัญญาณและ สัญลักษณ์ภาพเตือนให้คุณทราบ

It is possible that the called party is considered unreachable by their native provider and thus incoming calls get diverted to voicemail? Try sending an SMS, "please call me", as that may get delivered.
