We have acquired a larger hamburger press which presses up to 5 inches. We will use this to press hamburger steaks for eat in and take away. The weight will be 300 grams or 10.5 grams. These will be made with our standard burger recipe. We are designing a special burger bun in our bakery to accomodate the largest burger (300 grams) in Doi Hang.

As usual we will have our good food light buffet on Sunday.
