FastStone Photo Resizer or you can do it online at picresize or resizr. Lots of online picture resizing sites.

I use this site Brian, it gives you a program that you can upload the photos to the website and then you use the "Insert Image" feature here to put your photos on your post.

I find it extremely easy and it gives you the whole photo instead of thumbnails.
