Wanted Room In Pattaya For Around 2 To 3K A Month

as per topic title looking for longterm room for up to about 3000 baht a month. I know there are a few around. I will only be there sometimes and would keep computer there so needs to be sort of safe'ish.

back as far as soi buakao would be ok.

Anyone know of some please let me know.

I'm also looking for a room to rent with A/C, TV, Hot Water, Safe and will pay 5K-8K...anyone know of something around 2nd or 3rd road?

I'll be coming to Pattaya on Nov. 17th and stay for one month.
