September 10, 201114 yr I already pay UBC /TrueVisions whatever, nearly US$100 a month at my home in the North. I spend a lot of time in bangkok. I don't want to spend another $100 there. Is there a way to stream my UBC content via the internet to my place in Bangkok? I am aware of slingbox, but is anyone aware of any other options that don't involve me having to have the box shipped from the US/UK? Also, I really want to view on my TV in Bangkok without connecting a PC to the TV. Slingbox does have an app to view content on an iPad/iPhone, but apparently you can't send the video to your TV with AirPlay on AppleTV yet and their customer service is pretty useless in helping to make clear when this will be resolved. Does anyone have an elegant solution? Thanks!
September 11, 201114 yr Buy at homeworks a True set (dish and reciever), I think 3000 or 4000 Baht. Install it and take your card everytime with you. As simple as that. Ron If you want to drive to Pattaya I have one for you secondhand. Send me PM.

I think Slingbox with Slingcatcher is my only option.
September 11, 201114 yr You can do like that but the family in the north and you have to look to the same channel! Another option is ask for a second box, montly cost about 300 baht for the extra card. Ron

For the 300 baht a month option, I just have to purchase the dish right? After that it's just 300 a month for duplicate service? That sounds like it could be the way to go.
