Suggest you try the Kennel Club of Thailand. They have lists of acredited pedigree dog breeders and should be able to get a good contact from them. Sorry, you'll have to google they wont permit a link in here.

Failing that look in your favourite magazine store. There are numerous magazines about Dogs, one has a yellowish insert listing breeds and breeders. You may need someone to read the Thai if you don't :-)

I found my new Great Dane the same way just recently.
