...or perhaps you could leave it up to the other CANDIDATE to call out anything stupid that gets said. And if they can't, well that's on them. The more time the moderators spend preening in the spotlight and being smug, the less time the public has to evaluate the candidates. Nobody watching cares a whit what the moderators think or know. They want to see the two candidates sparring. So the mods should stay out of the bloody way and let them have at it. And once the discussion starts to run out of steam or get repetitive, step in to change to another topic. I get frustrated every time I hear a moderator say, "there's SO much more we have to get to...". No there isn't. Unless they have been given a list of 'approved' topics and questions by their bosses. -

BTW Black Africans that emigrate to the US legally, are the most money makers of any other group of ethnic immigrants. The reason when they are interviewed is that they come to the US for the advantages and opportunities offered to all. One just needs to be willing to educate oneself or learn/know a trade and work hard. Poor blacks though many times seem to have "a chip on their shoulder", do not study well, fight against their brothers that do study and work hard and make life difficult for others. They are usually members of a "gang" and use/sell drugs and sex. Several blacks that I worked with said that when they would visit their old neighborhoods, they had to wear different clothes and do their hair in cornrows and act/speak entirely different that during their work hours. I grew up in a race suppressed world, and sympathize with many who have not been able to escape that environment. I have lived and worked around the world and have seen the same race problems just about everywhere. -

How do you pay?
In my case, always in Cash. Unless it is not possible(e.g. cost of passport renewal at the embassy of my country in BKK9) This way, no risks of skimming will be minimal. In recent years, I have heard of quite a few cases where customers' money is pinched from the account liked to the online payment. When I book my airline ticket, I am willing to pay B300- fee to the kind local travel agent. As the cost of safety and peace of my mind... -

Laminate/Vinyl flooring over wood floor
That would be my first thought. Sand down the floor (large scale sander - no idea what its called) to flatten and smooth it an take the layer of old stained wood away... Then re-seal it. I don't like dark hard wood floors.... I was looking at a condo to move into a number of years back and the floors all had dark hardwood herringbone type flooring.... looked awful (IMO). BUT.. they showed me unit where they were removing the top layer of wood and adding a lighter seal (or whatever its called) and it opened up the room making it look much lighter). Depending on the thickness of the wooden floor - could a 1-2mm be taken off it to flatten and smooth it and then re-seal it - IMO thats better than flattening it and then covering it with some laminate. -

Shopee has up to 300 baht free shipping vouchers...
