Cheapest Good Quality Healthy Protein In Thailand?

Featured Replies

I think I want to increase my protein intake as I jog and exercise a fair bit. I guess not really Thai related as I would shy away from eating fatty pork thats been pumped full of antibiotics in any country.

I currently buy tinned sardines a lot, but hate the oil they come in. Was wondering whats the best food source here balancing cost and health.

Any ideas?

I haven't been in Thailand yet but in every country where I have lived, lean chicken breasts, fresh or frozen fish get my vote. (I just boil my food in water) I am also an exerciser and like to supply plenty of protein to the bod. On occassion, I have used whey protein. I believe that the best stuff comes from America and so if you can get it in the Kingdom, it might be quite expensive. - S.
