The Phnom Penh Post Office loses parcels on the way into the country.

What about posting them out of the country? Particularly using the EMS service?

Has anyone had experience?

Thanks.

I've used EMS three or four times. It is not particularly fast (up to week to Europe), but everything arrived safely.

For incoming post, including parcels, you increase the chances of delivery by having a PO box - they place a notice in your box that a parcel has arrived and you collect it from the counter. I have had several sent from the UK (always using the red plastic bags purchased from the post office) and haven't lost one yet.
