Holiday Beer Bar Soi 2

Hi all

I am a newbie in here, just wanted to post a wee message before I head out the door and go to work. Could anyone tell me if they know who runs the Holiday Beer Bar on Soi 2 which is next door to the In Town Holiday Hotel. I knew two of the bar girls who worked there (Si and Tuk) but are interested to know any updates on this place since May last year. I am requiring this information as it is of a personal matter and one that I need to sort out.

Just how did you know that I am a Kiwi and love coffee and visiting temples whenever I am in Thailand... thats scary!!! Well you knew about the coffee but the rest is scary! Anyway does anyone have any answers to my question?????

Shellsbelle , hello , if it was a year ago last may my guess would be that Si and Tuk are now called mick and muck and the holiday beer bar is now the lick my rim bar and so it goes on , speaking seriously i have nothing to do to day (that cannot wait untill tomorrow) so i will drop in there and give you a update later on , regards poppa

high once again shellsbell , i did my best love it is now 3 pm so this is how it went , set off on my mission at 10 /30 realising the bars do not open until 2 maybe 3 pm went down to the cheap charly bar soi 7 eagle bar 40 baht a drink , (goes down great ) after about 8 beers remembered my mission so i set off for soi 11 , but coming down beach roar you cannot turn into soi 11 , no problem turn at soi 12 , back around and into soi 11 , there's nothing ,just a road so i try to do another U turn in soi 12 to go too soi 2 which i have now realise is were you ment in the first place , when would you believe it some stupid people have left a row of motor bikes in my way ( do you know how many motor bikes you can knock over by hitting the first one , its beyond belief ) anyway i have carried on till i reach soi 2 and low and behold its without any trace of the holiday beer bar , so i am sorry my love, cannot help you but thank you for a nice day

Popa may I say a huge thank you for going out of your way to do this for me... I feel as if I have my own 'agent' working for me and it really means alot even if you did get lost... You are going to really hate me now, but I actually had a wee look online a few seconds ago and discovered that the Holiday Beer Bar is on Soi 10 next to the Intown Holiday Hotel... I am terribly sorry about that.... I wish I were in Pattaya now and shout you one of my favourite dishes or at least a nice cold beer or Iced coffee... Its really nice to know that there are some nice people out there so I appreciate you going out of your way for me. I don't want anyone at that place knowing about me please... thanks... I think a few have caused enough worries there.... Anyway Popa keep in touch and thanks so muchly once again

i think iam looking in the wrong place , is it soi 10 off the beach or soi 10 second road , its no problem for me to have another look so as they say in Thailand UP TO YOU regards poppa

The Holiday Inn Hotel (about 14 floors high) is in Soi 10, off Second Road. It's on the northern side of the soi (left hand side as you walk down.)

There are a number of small bars scattered around the hotel but I don't know of the one you are looking for.

You are sure to be grabbed by the massage girls as you walk down the soi. Don't forget to take your protection.
