I was at CW a few months ago to renew my O-X visa, i was told by one of the supervisors, just to wait, as the retirement visa system was being changed and will be made simpler in early 2025, she also suggested that i would not be able to get health insurance for the visa, i have no doubt that this particular visa will no longer be available -

Which is why a Democratic candidate can win the popular vote by millions of votes and still lose the election; that would never happen to a Republican candidate. -

It's an interesting question how well I would do. Now if only my father had left me $450 million dollars I could better answer that. "Yearly visa" suggests non O-A or multi entry non O retirement. Don't think you mean that as you refer to extensions. Yes your friend can obtain a non O retirement visa and enter Thailand. In many countries eg UK, AU etc this can be eVisa. That provides a 90 day stamp. If from country that does not provide "income letter " then to apply for 12 months extension he would need to show 800k in Thai bank account in his name only for min 2 months prior to application. He will not be able to show 12 months of transfers. -

This is a proxy war between the US and Russia. Either the US prevails in Ukraine or Russia does. I wish that Russia wins. The EU is vassal to the US and NATO is the armed thug of the US.
